Beguiled!

(Photography by Jidhu Jose)

Sun shining on soft velvety leaves,
shingles shining, a mosaic pattern; hues,
 dark and light evolving, playing tunes.
Life’s patterns, I watch.
When I fly over, its arrays beguile,
when I rest, watching, it’s tranquil-
music and hues ooze in, epiphany!
Beguiled, epiphanic , I dabbled;
I sit here, burned,
Withdrawn,
Watching you swimming across,
… epiphany!

  5. This is written with a beautifully gentle 'brush.' I enjoyed the 'epiphany' ending! Very nice.

  10. Indeed! When we relax and pay attention, the epiphanies and lessons are apparent.
