A Xenolith-ian sin

It was her HOME; their

dining table was love

and exotic stories.

Years after     she asked,

syllables of truth;

their ego grew like Ravana’s heads.

Suddenly the home erupted;

a xenolith of poison solidified.

She fell apart, xenocryst,

The home became

a xenolith-ian sin.

Written for dVerse Poets Pub -- Quadrille #255: X marks the spot

Here Melissa asks to write a Quadrille (poem with 44 words) and it must have the word 'xenolith' in it.

Ravana's heads -- Ravana is the ten-headed antagonist of the epic Ramayana.
